Since gift cards are digital, no shipping costs should be paid. You can customize your Online Shop shipping costs in the following way:
Sign in to https://app.mypaymash.com/ and go to settings.
In the settings switch to "Shipping".
Create a new shipping tariff (e.g. Switzerland, Gift card, free shipping).
Click "Save".
Now one can select free shipping option in the shopping cart in your Online Shop.
Important: Since only one shipping option at a time can be selected, please ask your customers to buy gift cards separately from other products. The corresponding message could be added to the info text field, which will be displayed above the Online Shop, under Settings > Webshop.
