In order for us to be able to provide you with the best possible support when installing or solving problems on your iPad, it is important that we can look at your iPad screen together. To make this possible, please proceed as follows:

1. in the iOS settings under "Settings->Control Centre->Customise controls", include the icon Screen capture.

2. install the Zoom application from the iOS App Store.

3. open the Zoom Application and press "Join a meeting".

4. enter the meeting ID which we will provide you with

5.Then press the Split Content icon in the upper right corner and select Screen.

6. as the last step in the control centre, press and hold the Record icon, select Zoom and start transmission
