Customer discount for webshop

You can give a general discount to your customers. If the customer submits an order in the web store with the same email address, he will automatically get the specified discount. You can find this option under Customers → Select customers.

Good to know: in the customer analysis, you can filter out particularly loyal or drifting customers in order to react to them, reward customers or bring them back into your store through targeted marketing.

You can also give a customer a discount right in the store.
