The MyPOS verification process is all about merchant account security. Therefore there is a short video identification and documents are required for confirmation.

After the video call, you will receive an email with the documents that are required.

To upload the documents, you can log in to the MyPOS web portal. Then go to your profile and select documents. Select the document type for the upload and add a description. Uploaded documents will be processed within one working day.
