How do I activate my card terminal with the MyPOS app

To activate a myPOS device, the retailer needs a myPOS account, a mobile phone (to receive text message confirmations) and an Internet connection (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or GPRS). All devices come with a built-in data card for 3G/GPRS connectivity.

Required: Open your myPOS merchant account now and start using one of our myPOS terminals.

The following steps are required:

  1. Log in to the MyPOS app and select the device menu.

  2. Then click on activate and follow the instructions. Either the packaging barcode or the serial number of the device must be entered.

  3. You will then be guided through the process and receive an activation code.

  4. Enter the activation code on the myPOS. device. Please note that the terminal must be connected to the Internet to complete the activation process.
