We may need your data to help you with support. For this reason we have built in a function how you can send us your data on your iPad or Android tablet without any problems.

Requirements

Internet connection: make sure you are online

Send your data to the support

Go to the menu → Settings → Maintenance. Here you can choose between the following options (according to the instructions you receive from our support team):

Send backup to the server

Send logs to the server

Send logs to the server (SIX)
